摘 要: | 通过支气管肺泡灌洗(bronchoalveolarlavage,BAL)从13例慢性支气管炎缓解期病人和11例正常人获得的肺泡巨噬细胞(alveolarmacrophages,AM)加入地塞米松4mg/L及脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)1mg/L体外培养24小时。结果显示两组AM合成分泌的TNFα、TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α呈下降趋势,两组间AM合成分泌的这些活性分子均呈显著差异性(P<0.05)。表明地塞米松抑制AM的活化,可能慢支病人呼吸道内AM功能相对亢进。

EFFECTS OF DEXAMETHASONE ON THE TNFα,TXB2 AND 6 KETO PGF1α RELEASE BY ALVEOLAR MACROPHAGES IN CHRONIC BRONCHITIS |

Abstract: | Alveolar macrophages (AM) obtained from 13 chronic bronchitis patients and 11 normal subjects by bronchoalveolar lavage were cultured with 4 mg/L dexamethasone and 1 mg/L lipopolysaccharide (LPS) for 24h in vitro.The results showed that AMs from the two groups elaborated less TNFα,TXB2 and 6 keto PGF1α than the control,there is a significant difference between AMs from the two groups in producing the molecular entities (P<005).Our findings indicate that dexamethasone inhibits the activation of AMs,and AMs of respiratory tract in chronic bronchitis patients may have a considerable hyperfunction. |
