惠州市2013-2014年国家级死因监测点死因漏报调查

目的 了解惠州市国家级死因监测点死因监测的漏报情况,为今后监测工作提出建议.方法 两个监测县(区)各随机抽取3个乡镇(街道),每个抽中的乡镇(街道)随机抽取3个行政村(居委会),抽中村(居委会)的所有家庭均为被调查家庭,调查对象包括调查家庭的所有成员.本次调查覆盖人口为2013年1月1日-2014年12月31日期间的监测县(区)(共6个镇街18个村/居委)户藉人口死亡情况,与人口死亡信息登记管理系统网络报告数进行比较.结果 两个监测县(区)(共6个镇街18个村/居委)户藉死亡人数共1 847人,漏报人数为170人,漏报率为9.20％.漏报率在城乡之间、不同性别和不同原因(疾病和伤害)之间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).但不同死亡地点之间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),未发现18岁以下的未成年人有死亡漏报的情况.结论惠州市国家级死因监测点死因监测的总体漏报率较低,但仍应通过加强与有关部门的合作,进一步健全死亡病例的报告工作制度,减少在家中死亡人员的漏报,提高死因监测工作质量.

Surveillance results of death cause underreporting in national death cause monitoring points in Huizhou, 2013-2014

Objective To understand the status of death cause underreporting in the national death cause monitoring points in Huizhou City,so as to make suggestions for the future monitoring work.Methods Eighteen villages (communities) from 3 towns (streets) of 2 counties were randomly selected,and all households sampled in the village were surveyed from January 1,2013 to December 31,2014.The surveillance results were compared with the management system network reports.Results There were 1 847 deaths,and the number of underreporting was 170 persons with the underreporting rate of 9.20％.There were no significant differences between urban and rural areas,gender and causes (disease and injury) in the underreporting rate (P ＞ 0.05).However,the difference among different death sites was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).No death cause underreporting was found in the nonage (under 18 years old).Conclusions The overall omission rate of the death cause is lower in Huizhou City.We should strengthen the cooperation among relevant departments to further improve the reporting system of death cases to reduce the omission of deaths at home and improve the quality of death cause monitoring.
