急性心肌梗死急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后48h监护

目的探讨急症经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）48h内的监护与护理方法。方法监测心电、呼吸、血压、穿刺局部的变化,预防并发症的发生及加强心理护理。结果 21例急症PCI术后患者,48 h内出现短阵室速2例,频发室早8例,拔管时迷走神经反射1例,经及时处理好转,均痊愈出院。结论术后严密监测,积极处理,减少及预防并发症的出现是急症PCI成功的保障。

PCI in acute myocardial infarction after 48-hour emergency care

Objective To investigate monitoring and care methods within the emergency PCI 48-hour period.Methods ECG,respiration,blood pressure,and changes in local puncture were monitored to prevent the occurrence of complications and enhance psychological care Results Among 21 cases of emergency patients after PCI,two cases of ventricular tachycardia,8 cases of frequent ventricular premature occured in 48-hour,1 case of vagus nerve reflex occurred during extubation,by the timely processing of improvement,are discharged.Conclusion Post-operative closely monitoring,positive treatment to reduce and preventing the emergence of complications,which is the key of success after acute PCI.
