| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的疗效。方法治疗组按辨证分型采用电针治疗，对照组采用常规方法治疗，5d为一疗程。结果治疗组有效率为96.67％，治愈率为76．67％；对照组有效率为70％，治愈率为36．67％。两组间有效率、痊愈率比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论电针疗法是治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的较佳方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on urine retention after cervical cancer operation.Methods A treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture according to classification based on syndrome differentiation and a control group,by a conventional method.One course of treatment consisted of 5 days.Results The curative rate and cure rate were 96.67% and 76.67%,respectively,in the treatment group and 70% and 36.67%,respectively,in the control group.There were significant differences in curative rate and cure rate between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture is a good method for treating urine retention after cervical cancer operation. |
