人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的:摸索分离和鉴定高纯度的人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞。方法:采用密度梯度离心法,分离含有间充质干细胞的人胚胎骨髓细胞悬液,获得人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞。用流式细胞仪检测获得的细胞中人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞含量。结果:获得的细胞中人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞含量达85%。结论:密度梯度离心法分离获得的人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞纯度高。

Abstract:Objective:To explore a method of separation and identification of human embryo bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSC).Methods:MSC were isolated from human embryo bone marrow cell suspension by density gradient centrifugation and the content of isolated MSC was determined by flow cytometer.Results:The rate of isolated MSC was 85%.Conclusion:High purity of MSC can be obtained by density gradient centrifugation.
