| 摘 要： | 目的：摸索分离和鉴定高纯度的人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞。方法：采用密度梯度离心法，分离含有间充质干细胞的人胚胎骨髓细胞悬液，获得人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞。用流式细胞仪检测获得的细胞中人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞含量。结果：获得的细胞中人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞含量达85％。结论：密度梯度离心法分离获得的人胚胎骨髓间充质干细胞纯度高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore a method of separation and identification of human embryo bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSC).Methods:MSC were isolated from human embryo bone marrow cell suspension by density gradient centrifugation and the content of isolated MSC was determined by flow cytometer.Results:The rate of isolated MSC was 85%.Conclusion:High purity of MSC can be obtained by density gradient centrifugation. |
