广西仫佬族3个短串联重复序列基因座的遗传多态性

目的：研究中国仫佬族短串联重复序列（STR）遗传多态性。方法：采用PCR-STR、基因扫描及基因分型技术，研究广西仫佬族无关个体3个STR位点（CSF1PO、TPOX、TH01）的基因频率分布情况。结果：3个STR位点共检出19种等位基因，其频率分布在0.0027-0.5297之间；平均杂合度为0.6378，多态信息总量为0.6152，累积个体识别力达0.9960，非父排除率达0.8127。结论：仫佬族具有高度遗传多态性的特点，实用价值较高，故以上数据可用于群体遗传学、法医学个体识别和亲子鉴定等研究。

Polymorphism of three short tandem repeats loci in Mulao nationality of Guangxi province

Objective: To study the short tandem repeats (STR) polymorphism in Mulao nationality of Guangxi province. Methods: The allelic frequencies and the genotype of 3 STR loci (CSFIPO, TPOX and THOl) were generated from unrelated individuals by PCR-STR and genescanning. Results: There were 19 STR allelic in the 3 STR of Mulao nationality, with its frequencies ranging from 0. 0027 to 0. 5297. The average heterozygosity was 0. 6378, polymorphism information content was 0. 6152, the accumulative discrimination power was 0. 9960, and the probability of paternity exclusion was 0. 8127. Conclusion: Mulao nationality possesses the characteristics of high genetic diversity, which has great practical value. It can be employed in population genetics investigation, individual identification and paternity test.
