综合干预对肥胖儿童形态指标、血瘦素以及血脂水平的影响研究

目的探讨综合干预对肥胖儿童形态指标、血瘦素以及血脂水平的影响。方法将我院62例患儿随机分为两组。每组各31例。A组患儿进行健康教育、家庭护理、合理饮食、适当运动等综合干预措施；B组患儿活动自由，不干预患儿的生活。随访1年，记录分析患儿的各项指标变化情况。结果经过1年的综合干预，A组干预后的形态指标（体重、体质指数、腰围、臀围）明显低于干预前，且明显低于B组干预后（P〈0．05）；A组干预后的血瘦素明显低于干预前，且明显低于B组干预后（P〈0．05）；A组干预后的血脂水平（TC、TG、HDL—C、LDL—C）明显优于干预前，且明显优于B组干预后（P〈0．05）。结论综合干预能够改善肥胖儿童形态指标和调节患儿的异常内分泌代谢，值得临床推广应用。

The impact of comprehensive intervention on shape index,serum leptin and lipid levels in obese children

Objective To investigate comprehensive intervention for the shape index, serum leptin and lipid levels in obese children. Methods All 62 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases of each group. The children in group A were given health education, family care, proper diet, adequate exercise and other comprehen- sive interventions while group B was received freedom of movement and non-intervention. All of the children were followed up for 1 year,and the changes of indicators were recorded and analyzed. Results After 1 year of comprehensive intervention, the shape index （body weight, body mass index ,waist circumference, hip circumference） were significant- ly lower than the pre-intervention,and significantly lower than post-intervention of group B （P 〈 0.05） ;leptin levels were significantly lower than pre-intervention, and significantly lower than post-intervention of group B （P 〈 0.05）; lipid levels （TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C） were significantly better than pre-intervention,and significantly lower than post-intervention of group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention can improve the shape index in obese children and adjust the abnormal endocrine and metabolic, and it is worth to be applied in clinical.
