| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析胺碘酮在急性冠脉综合征的治疗中的临床应用。方法急性冠脉综合征伴房颤发作患者23例,在房颤发生时均给予首剂胺碘酮（3-5）mg／kg治疗。结果23例患者中17例（73．91％）转复为窦性心律。用药前后的心电图检测指标及血压的变化差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）;心室率用药前后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。心功能转复率I、Ⅱ级复率（17／19）89．47％,III、IV级复率（1／4）25．0％。结论胺碘酮治疗急性冠脉综合征疗效安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the analysis of the clinical application of amiodarone in the treatment of acute coro- nary syndrome. Methods Acute coronary syndrome,23 patients with atrial fibrillation,atrial fibrillation were given the first dose amiodarone （3-5） mg/kg treatment. Results Of 23 patients, 17 patients（73.91%） conversion to sinus rhythm. Ventricular rate before and after treatment the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Amiodarone acute coronary syndrome efficacy is safe and reliable. |
