被动吸烟对幼鼠学习记忆及小脑皮质神经生长因子含量的影响

目的:探讨孕鼠被动吸烟对幼鼠学习记忆功能的影响及其机制。方法:采用反映学习记忆功能的水迷宫法测试幼鼠学习能力的改变,放射免疫测定法(IRMA)测定幼鼠小脑皮质神经生长因子的含量变化。结果:孕期被动吸烟使幼鼠学习记忆能力下降,小脑皮质神经生长因子(NGF)含量明显降低。结论:孕期被动吸烟降低幼鼠学习记忆功能可能与小脑皮质神经生长因子的合成及分泌减少有关。

Effect of passive smoking on learning and memory,and content of nerve growth factor in cerebellar cortex of neonatal rats

Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of passive smoking of pregnant rats on learning and memory of neonatal rats. Methods:Morris water maze which reflects learning and memory ability was used to test neurobehavioral changes in neonatal rats,and IRMA method was used to test nerve growth factor (NGF) content in cerebellar cortex of neonatal rats.
