婴儿气质与生长发育的关系研究

目的:探讨婴儿气质类型的影响因素和气质与体格的关系。方法:方便取样,测定0~1岁婴儿12个时点体重、身长和6个月时气质特征,回顾孕期资料。结果:中国北京婴儿比美国婴儿活动度低,趋避性大,婴儿气质受母孕龄和学历、抚养人和是否早产影响,而与父亲年龄和学历、婴儿性别、出生季节、分娩方式、产后抑郁和喂养方式无关。婴儿体格与气质类型相关。结论:应根据婴儿的气质特征采取不同的教养方式,促使婴儿健康成长。

Study of Correlation of Infants'''' Temperament With Their Growth and Development From Birth to 1 - year - old

Objective:To investigate the correlation of infants' temperament to their growth and development from birth to 1-year-old.Methods:Longitudinal(12 times) measure the weight and horizontal height of 544 infants with convenient sampling,and acquire the infants' temperament at 6-month-old.Results:The activity level of Beijing infants is lower,and approach-withdrawal level is higher than US ones.The infant's temperament is significantly related to maternal bearing age and education level,foster,and delivering gestational age(P<0.05),but not related to paternal age and education level,infant sex,delivering season,labor method,postpartum depression and feeding way(P>0.05).Infants of different temperament are significantly different in weight and horizontal height(P<0.05).Conclusion:We should take correspondent training and foster method according to infants' temperament to improve their health,growth and development.
