非癫痫性发作儿童及家长的个性特征研究

目的研究非癫痫性发作儿童及家长的个性特征。方法应用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)儿童版和成人版对7~14岁非癫痫性发作儿童20例及0~14岁非癫痫性发作儿童的家长38例进行个性测定,并选同年龄组的正常儿童及其家长作为对照。结果非癫痫性发作儿童的神经质程度[(55.26±12.63)分]高于对照组[(46.57±10.68)分],差异有显著性(P<0.05),并具有较高的掩饰倾向。非癫痫性发作儿童家长的神经质程度[(53.57±10.11)分]明显高于对照组[(46.18±10.47)分],差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论个性因素在学龄儿童的非癫痫性发作中起主要作用,家长的个性特征与对子女的某些非癫痫性事件的误认,特别是对婴幼儿正常生理现象及行为现象表现的误认有重要关系。了解非癫痫性发作儿童及家长的个性特征有助于正确诊断及进行适当的心理治疗。

Personality characteristics in children with non-epileptic seizures and their parents

ObjectiveTo study the personality characteristics of children with non-epileptic seizures and their parents.MethodsUsing Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),20 cases of 7~14 years school children with non-epileptic seizures(NES) and 38 parents of 0~14 years children with NES were tested, meanwhile, healthy children with similar ages and their parents were tested as controls.ResultsNeurotiscism degrees in children with NES were higher than control group and higher lies trend was also observed. Neurotiscism degrees in parents of their children with NES were obviously higher than control group( P <0.01).ConclusionPersonality factors play an important role on NES in school children. The personality characteristics of parents have close relation with misunderstanding for some NES in their children,especially for normal physiologic and behaviour manifestations in infants.Recognizing the personality characteristics of children with NES and their parents will benefit to proper diagnosis and psychologic treatment.
