| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨背驮式肝移植的手术方法：方法 对l例惠肝炎后肝硬变合并门脉高压症的终未期病人实行了背驮式同种原位肝移植术。结果手术历时5小时10分钟,手术获得成功,病人术后恢复良好。、结论 背驮式肝移植手术要保留肝后下腔静脉及肝静脉,对切除病肝技术要求高,术中无肝期短,对血流动力学干扰小由于不需静脉转流,缩短了手术时间,术后病人恢复快．

| Abstract: | Aim to discusses the surgical procedure of piggyback liver transplantation.Methods piggyback liver transplantation was performed on one patient with In situ transplantation of liver by piggyback method stage posthepatitis cirrhosis complicated with portal hypertension.Results after 5 hours and ten minutes successful operation,the patient was recovered well.Conclusions(1) piggyback liver transplantation require a higher technique for resection of disease liver due to reserve posterior inferior vena cave of liver and hepatic vein;(2)the disturbance to blood circulation is lesser because of shorter period of the liver resection;(3)the duration of operation is shorter because of without venous bypass and the patient was recovered rapidly. |
