| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法分析我院2007年1月至2008年1月对26例锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位患者行骨折切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定术的治疗效果。结果术后随访1—2年，肩关节功能评定优良率为100％。结论锁骨钩钢板是治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的一种较好的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of clavicular hook plate on lateral clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods 26 cases,selected from January 2007 to January 2008 in our hospital,were retrospectively analyzed.They all had undergone the treatment of clavicular hook plate in curing lateral clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Results According to 1~2 years' follow-up observing,the excellent rate of shoulder function was 100%.Conclusions Clavic... |
