青年学生蠕形螨感染调查研究

目的了解青年学生蠕形螨的感染情况,研究蠕形螨及蠕形螨病的特性.方法透明胶纸粘贴法对部分大、中专学生进行蠕形螨检查并分析原因.结果青年蠕形螨感染率为40.77%,男性感染率明显高于女性(P《0.01),30岁～40岁之间的学生感染率为67.36%,面部罹患各种皮肤病的蠕形螨感染率为92.55%,毛囊蠕形螨感染率明显高于皮脂蠕形螨感染率(P《0.01),湿润型皮肤蠕形螨感染率高于干燥型皮肤(P《0.01).结论全国各地蠕形螨感染率差异很大,这与所选择的对象、采用的检查方法、诊断标准不一、是否有皮肤病以及各地区气候、卫生习惯不同等有关.

A Survey of Infection of Vermiform Mite in Youth Students

Objective The purpose of the study is to observe infection of vermiform mite in youth students and study the characteristics of vermiform mite and demodicidosis.Methods The paste way of transparent offset paper was used to examine vermiform mite in some college students and its cause analysed.Results Infection rate was 40.77 %.Infection rate was significantly higher in male than in female ( P <0 01) Infection rate was 67.36 % in the students aged from 30 to 40.Infection rate of facial dermatosis was 92.55 %.Infection rate of demodex foll culorum is significantly higher than that of demodex brevis ( P <0.01).And infection rate of moist skin was higher than that of skin siccus ( P <0.01).Conclusion It suggests great differences in the infection rate of vermiform mite all over the country and the infection of vermiform mite are associated with dermatosis.
