| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定固本止咳膏中五味子乙素含量的HPLC方法。方法：色谱柱为Agilent HC—C18（250mm×4．6mm，51xm），以甲醇-水（65：35）为流动相，检测波长为254nm，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，柱温为35℃。结果：五味子乙素在0．25-1．25μg围呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率为98．3％，RSD=1．8％（n=6）。结论：方法简便、专属性好、准确、重复性好，可用于固本止咳膏的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of γ-schisandrin in Gubenzhike plaster. Method： Agilent HC-C18 column（250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm） was used, the methanol-water （65 ： 35 ） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 254nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 , the column temperature was 35 ℃. Result： The linear range of γ-schisandrin was 0. 25-1.25 μg （ r = 0.999 9）, the average recovery was 98.3 % , RSD = 1.8 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, specific, accurate and repeatable, It can be used for the quality control of Gubenzhike ointment. |
