| 摘 要： | 以血浆环核苷酸（ｃＡＮＰ和ｃＧＮＰ）含量指标，研究了时间因素与针刺效应的关系。结果显示，不施电针刺激的对照组大鼠环核苷酸血浆含量在每日４个时辰呈双峰样节律波动，电针引起环核苷酸血浆含量的升高或降低，表现为双向调衡作用，午时电针后血浆环核苷酸含量变化的百分数显著高于其它３个时辰的变化百分数，提示时间因素在针刺治疗中具有重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | The effects of electro-acupuncture in different periods of time of a day(Shi Chen)were observed and analysed in rats.The results showed:1.The contents of plasma cAMP and cGMP in control group fluctuated in a day,regularly reaching 2 peak values at Mao Shi and You Shi.2.Electro-acupuncture of Zusanli point in rats could make the low contents of plasma cAMP and cGMP increase or make the high contents of them decrease.3.Electro-acupuncture was most effective in Wu Shi, With the difference being significant as compared with th0se performed in other 3 Shi Chen.These results suggest that the effects of electro-acupuncture are varied at different times of a day and the time factor plays an important role in the process of acupuncture therapy. |
