中西医结合治疗老年功能性便秘临床观察

目的对中西医结合治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效和安全性进行分析,为临床治疗方法的选择提供参考。方法按研究对象筛选的标准对2016年9月—2018年9月治疗的老年功能性便秘病例进行筛选,选取168例为研究对象。采用随机数字表将研究对象分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用西药酚酞片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予济川煎加减治疗。连续治疗2～3个疗程后就疗效、安全性等数据进行评价和组间比较。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为90. 6%和78. 3%,观察组高于对照组,且具有显著差异(P <0. 05); 2组不良反应发生率分别为17. 6%和19. 3%,观察组低于对照组,但无显著差异性(P> 0. 05)。结论中西医结合用于老年功能性便秘的治疗能够提升临床疗效和安全性,具有临床应用和推广价值。

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Senile Functional Constipation

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile functional constipation,so as to provide reference for the selection of clinical treatment methods.Methods According to the screening criteria,168 elderly patients with functional constipation treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The subjects were divided into observation group and control group by random number table.The observation group was treated with Jichuan decoction on the basis of the control group,while the control group was treated with phenolphthalein tablets.After 2-3 courses of continuous treatment,the efficacy and safety data were evaluated and compared between groups.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.6%and 78.3%,respectively.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was 17.6%and 19.3%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile functional constipation can improve the clinical efficacy and safety,and has clinical application and promotion value.
