无托槽隐形矫治器与自锁托槽对成人正畸患者牙周健康影响的临床比较

目的比较隐形矫治器与自锁托槽在成人口腔正畸治疗当中对牙周健康的影响。方法回顾性分析本院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的成人口腔正畸患者60例临床完整资料,将应用无托槽隐形矫治器的患者30例纳入隐形组,将应用自锁托槽的患者30例纳入自锁组。观察两组治疗前后牙周及炎症因子情况。结果治疗后两组PD、SBI、PLI均高于治疗前,但隐形组比自锁组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后隐形组TNF-α、IL-1β均低于自锁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与自锁托槽相比,无托槽隐形矫治器应用于成人口腔正畸患者中维持口腔卫生效果较佳,利于降低牙周炎发生率,提高牙周组织健康水平。

Clinical comparison of the effect of bracketless invisible appliance and self-ligating bracket on periodontal health in adult orthodontic patients

Objective To compare the effects of invisible appliances and self-ligating brackets on periodontal health in adult orthodontic treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of adult orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,30 patients with bracketless invisible appliance were included in the invisible group,and self-locking brackets will be applied.Thirty patients were included in the self-locking group.The periodontal and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the PD,SBI and PLI were higher than those before treatment,but the invisible group was lower than the self-locking group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TNF-α and IL-1β were lower than the invisible group.The difference was statistically significant in the self-locking group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with self-locking brackets,the bracketless invisible appliance is better for maintaining oral hygiene in adult orthodontic patients,which is beneficial to reduce the incidence of periodontitis and improve the health of periodontal tissues.
