中医护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施中医护理的临床效果。方法在2015年12月—2018年5月所收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中选取98例,按照随机、对照原则将其分为观察组(常规护理联合中医护理)和对照组(常规护理),对2组患者肺功能指标及生活质量变化进行评估分析。结果观察组患者在护理6个月时,其MVV、FEV_1、FVC及FEV_1/FVC水平水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P <0. 05);观察组患者在护理6个月时,其活动受限、呼吸症状及SGRQ分值均明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P <0. 05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行中医护理干预,可有效改善患者肺功能,提高其生活质量,对于改善此类患者预后具有十分积极的作用,建议在临床推广应用。

Application on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To explore the clinical effect of implementing traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From December 2015 to May 2018,98 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in the hospital.They were divided into observation group(conventional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing)and control group(routine care)according to random and controlled principles.Evaluation of lung function indicators and quality of life in the two groups of patients was carried out.Results The levels of MVV,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 6 months of care(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were treated for 6 months.Activity limitation,respiratory symptoms and SGRQ scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve lung function and quality of life.It has a very positive effect on improving the prognosis of such patients.It is recommended to be applied in clinical practice.
