头孢呋辛钠对剖宫产产妇炎性因子及切口感染率的影响

目的探讨头孢呋辛钠对剖宫产妇炎性因子水平及切口感染率的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2019年2月于本院进行剖宫产的产妇60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例,对照组在术后采用头孢呋辛钠,观察组在术中断脐时及术后使用头孢呋辛钠。比较两组炎性因子水平、治疗情况、切口感染率及不良反应。结果观察组WBC、CRP、TNF-α、PCT及IL-6水平低于对照组,观察组治疗费用、住院时间均少于对照组,且切口感染率及不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产妇术中断脐时及术后应用头孢呋辛钠,可有效提高抗感染效果,降低炎症因子水平,且安全性较高,值得广泛应用。

Effect of cefuroxime sodium on inflammatory factor and incision infection rate of cesarean section

Objective To investigate the effect of cefuroxime sodium on the level of inflammatory factors and incision infection rate in cesarean section women.Methods 60 patients who underwent caesarean section in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium after operation,while the observation group was treated with cefuroxime sodium during umbilical cord interruption and after operation.The levels of inflammatory factors,treatment,incision infection rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of WBC,CRP,TNF-a,PCT and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The treatment cost and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the incision infection rate and adverse reactions rate were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cefuroxime sodium can effectively improve the anti-infection effect and reduce the level of inflammatory factors during umbilical cord interruption and postoperatively in cesarean section women.It is safe and worthy of wide application.
