武汉市黄陂区结核病控制项目中期效果评价

目的：评估黄陂区结核病控制项目（2002-2005年）中期实施效果，进一步做好结控项目工作。方法：对2002-2005年项目执行资料进行汇总分析。结果：全区加强了结核病防治措施，传染源的发现和治疗质量逐年提高，4年共接诊疑似肺结核症状者9128人，确诊活动性肺结核4206例，传染源新登记率由38．89／10万上升到57．40／10万，新发涂阳治愈率达到94．01％。结论：黄陂区结核病控制项目取得了显著成效，实现了高发现率、高治愈率以及规划中期目标任务，为继续做好规划终期目标任务积累了经验。

Mid-term evaluation of tuberculosis control in Huangpi, Wuhan city

Obiective To evaluate the mid-term work of tuberculosis control project implemented in Huangpi, Wuhan city from 2002 to 2005. MethodAll data from 2002 to 2005 in HuangPi, Wuhan city are collected and evaluated. ResultThe case-finding and cure quality have increased year by year. During the 4 years, 9128 suspected patients were registered, among whom 4206 are active pulmonary tuberculosis, and the new infectious case register rate increased from 38. 89/100,000 in 2002 to 57.40/100,000. The new smear positive cure rate increased too, from 90. 33% in 2002 to 94. 1%. ConclusionMarked achievements have been made by implementing tuberculosis control project, which has provided experience for going on with tuberculosis control program.
