肇庆地区已婚妇女对宫颈癌机会性筛查认知度干预研究

目的了解肇庆地区已婚妇女对寓颈癌机会性筛查认知情况，为正确开展宫颈癌饥会性筛查患者的健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表，对740例在我院妇科门诊就诊已婚妇女进行宫颈癌筛查认知情况的问卷凋查，并给予健康教育护理干预措施，对干预前后进行效果评价。结果本地区已婚妇女对宫颈癌筛查认知程度较低，为32．57％（241／740），干预后患者认知程度有明显提高，为59．05％（437／740）。其中费用高是开展宫颈癌筛查难的主要因素之一，农村患者尼为明显。结论开展多元素、多种形式的宫颈癌筛查认知干预，有利于提高已婚妇女对宫颈癌筛查重要性的认识和宫颈癌筛查率，对早发现和早治疗宫颈癌具有重要意义．

Intervention of awareness on opportunistic screening for cervical cancer in married women in Zhaoqing area

Objective To comprehend awareness on opportunistic screening for cervical cancer in married women，and to provide support for health education on opportunistic screening for cervical cancer.Methods A survey on awareness of cervical cancer screening was conducted in 740 married women by self-designed questionnaires in our gynecology clinic.Nursing intervention of health education was performed and the effect was assessed before and after intervention.Results The awareness rate of cervical cancer screening(32.57％)was low in married women.High cost was one of the main factors of difficulty in cervical cancer screening，especially in rural patients.Conclusions Multi-element and various forms of cognitive intervention for cervical cancer screening is beneficial for improving married women's awareness on and the rate of cervical cancer screening and is of significance in the early detection and treatment of cervical cancer.
