冠状动脉心肌桥68例冠状动脉造影特点及治疗分析

目的:探讨冠状动脉心肌桥的冠状动脉造影特点及治疗结果。方法:对857例经冠状动脉造影诊断为冠状动脉心肌桥的68例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:心肌桥检出率8%。多位于左冠脉前降支中段。单纯型心肌桥14例,复杂型心肌桥54例。表现为不同程度胸部不适症状。68例均接受药物治疗,14例急性心肌梗死行支架治疗,经药物和(或)支架治疗胸部不适症状得到缓解。随访68例,随访期间无1例死亡,有3例复杂型心肌桥患者发生急性心肌梗死,行支架治疗后症状缓解。结论:心肌桥可引起心肌缺血,药物和(或)支架治疗有效。

Analysis of the coronary angiographic features and treatment of 68 cases coronary myocardial bridge

Objective：To investigate the coronary angiographic features and treatment of coronary myocardial bridge （CMB）. Methods：68 patients with CMB out of 857 cases undergoing coronary angiography were studied retrospectively. Results ：The incidence of CMB was 80/00 ,the most of which happened in the middle segment of LAD. Among the patients, the cases of simple myocardial bridge were 14 ,and complex myocardial bridge were 54. All the patients with CMB had different clinical symptoms. They all took medication. 14 cases of AMI in the patients were treated with intracoronary stent implantation. Their clinical symptoms were lightened or disappeared after medication and stenting. All patients were followed up. During follow-up period,there was no cardiac death. But three cases of complex myocardial bridge took AMI. They were treated with intracoronary stent implantation. Conclusion：CMB may cause myocardial ischemia. Major patients with CMB are treated with medication ,and stent implantation may improve the patient＇s symptoms.
