肾上腺肿瘤的CT和MRI诊断

目的探讨肾上腺肿瘤的CT和MRI影像表现特征。方法对27例经手术病理证实肾上腺肿瘤的CT和其中10例MRI资料进行回顾性分析。结果皮质肿瘤9例，其中肾上腺腺瘤样增生3例，腺瘤4例，皮质腺癌2例；髓质肿瘤9例，包括嗜铬细胞瘤5例，转移瘤3例，神经母细胞瘤1例；间质肿瘤9例，其中骨髓脂肪瘤4例，神经纤维瘤、囊肿、淋巴瘤、间皮瘤恶变、间叶组织来源恶性肿瘤各1例。结论肾上腺肿瘤有一定的影像表现特点，诊断须结合临床，一些间质原性实质肿瘤的影像诊断困难，需组织学检查。

CT and MRI diagnosis of adrenal tumors

Objective To study the imaging manifestations of CT and MRI in diagnosis of adrenal tumors. Methods CT manifestations in 27 cases with confirmed adrenal tumors by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively, there were 10 cases accepting MR examination. Re.tilts Cortical tumors were seen in 9 cases, including adenomatous hyperplasia in 3 cases, adenoma in 4, cortical adenoearcinoma in 2; Medullary tumors were seen in 9 cases, including pheochromocytoma in 5 cases, metastasis in 3, neuroblastoma in 1 ;interstitial tumors were seen in 9 cases, including myelolipoma in 4 cases, and neurofthroma, cyst, lymphoma, malignant transformation of mesothelioma, malignant mesenchymal tumor in one, respectively. Conclusion Although adrenal tumors was certain characteristics of imaging features, we should combine clinic findings when making a diagnosis. Diagnosis of some solid interstitial tumors is difficult merely relying upon imaging and histopathological examination is needed .
