卫勤分队应急救援的组织指挥

针对“5．12”特大地震灾害救援卫勤保障中的经验和训练，作者提出机动卫勤分队指挥员要进行任务分析，适当调整力量配备。在组织分队行军和运输过程中，要做好行军前准备，明确人员物资装载方法，加强行军过程管理。在灾害救援中，还要适时确立指挥关系，加强与地方协同，创新组织模式和保障方式。提出在灾害救援卫勤保障中，要加强信息采集，完善勤务效果评价，及时调整卫勤力量。．
