| 摘 要： | 澄明度(可见异物)是影响大输液成品质量的重要因素之一.本文通过工作实践及根据相关文献报道,从影响软袋大输液澄明度的七个方面即物料、容器具及管道、配液及过滤、灌封、空气净化系统、人员素质、临床使用进行分析,提出在今后生产过程中应从以上几方面加强质量控制以保证澄明度及产品质量. |

| Abstract: | Visible particles was a crucial factor effecting the quality of large soft bag volume injection.According to the relevant literature and work practice,the author considered the seven aspects which needed us to study.For exmaple:materials,containers and tubes,prepareing liquid medicine and filtration,encapsulation,air cleaning system,personnel quality,the clinical use.We should bolster management from those aspects in order to ensure the quality of the production in the future. |
