| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the connection between the change of coagulation function and thrombosis in Patients with Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods The PT,APTT,TT,FBG,AT-ⅢA,PT-INR,PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW and TG,TC were analyzed in 62 normal pregnant women in the third trimester and 150 pregnant women with hypertensive disorders.Results Compared with the normal pregnant women in third trimester,the level of PT,APTT,PT-INR,PLT,AT-ⅢA in the pregnant women with hypertensive disorders were obviously decreased(P<0.05),while that of FBG,PDW,MPV,TG were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion There are thrombophilia in pregnant women with hypertensive disorders. |
