摘    要:目的:采用田口实验设计法研究补骨脂中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用60%乙醇回流提取,以乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数作为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交表安排实验,补骨脂素和异补骨脂素总量的信噪比(S/N)作为考察指标筛选补骨脂的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取条件为乙醇用量为5倍,提取时间为1.5h,提取3次。结论:该工艺稳定、可行。

Optimizing Extraction Technology of Psoralea Fruit with Taguchi Methodology

Abstract:Objective:Taguchi method was used to analyze optimum extraction technology of psoralen and iso psoralen extracted from psoralea fruit.Methods: With 60% ethanol reflux extraction,three factors:the dosage of solvent,the duration of extraction and the requency of extraction were reviewed by L9(34) orthogonal experiment,at the same time,the srn of psoralen and isopsoralen totally content as index.Result:The optimum extraction process were 5 times for the dosage of solvent,1.5 hours for the duration of extraction,3 times for the requency of extraction.Conclusion:The process was stable and feasible.
