| 摘 要： | 目的观察盐酸利托君治疗早产的疗效及不良反应。方法将100例先兆早产的孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组60例用利托君静脉滴注,并逐渐加量至宫缩消失后改为口服;对照组40例用硫酸镁静脉滴注至宫缩消失再维持12 h。结果观察组有效率为88.3%,对照组有效率为87.5%;观察组延长孕周(1.00±0.69)周,对照组延长孕周(0.86±0.68)周,两组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组显效时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利托君抑制早产孕妇的子宫收缩疗效确切,显效快,但应严格掌握其适应证和药物的有效剂量及滴速。
