川芎嗪对小鼠急性肾缺血再灌注损伤的影响

目的 :探讨川芎嗪对小鼠急性肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法 :采用无损动脉夹夹闭右肾肾蒂阻断血流 30min ,然后放开动脉夹再灌注 15min、6 0min、2 4h制造小鼠急性肾缺血再灌注模型 ,观察血肌酐、血清尿素氮、血清丙二醛、血浆一氧化氮和肾含水量的变化。结果 :与生理盐水组相比 ,川芎嗪组在缺血再灌注 2 4h血肌酐、血清尿毒氮、血清丙二醛水平显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;再灌注 15min的血浆一氧化氮升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肾含水量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :川芎嗪对小鼠急性肾缺血再灌注有一定的保护作用

Effects of Ligustrazine on Renal Damage of Acute Ischemia-Reperfusion in Mice

Objective:To investigate the effecte of ligustrazine on renal damage of acute ischemia-reperfusion in mice.Methods:The model of renal ischemia-reperfusion in mice was established by clamping the right renal pedicel in situ for 30 min before reperfusion of blood 15 min, 60 min,24 h. The levels of serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, malonyldehyde and the renal contents of water were detected.Results:The levels of serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and malonyldehyde was reduced significantly( P <0.01)in renal ischemia-reperfusion 24 h ligustrazine group and control group, increased the level of No( P <0.05)reperfusion 15 min, but the renal contents of water was no difference( P >0.05).Conclusion:Ligustrazine may protect the renal damage of acute ischemia-reperfusion in mice.
