| 摘 要： | 观察Ｉｌｉｚａｒｏｖ外固定治疗胫骨骨不连的效果。方法１６例胫骨骨不连，采用Ｉｌｉｚａｒｏｖ方法治疗。结果经３～７个月加压外固定治疗均达到骨性愈合。结论Ｉｌｉｚａｒｏｖ外固定器能为骨断端提供牢固稳定的固定，加压能刺激骨痂形成，是治疗骨不连的较好的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The results of Ilizarov external fixation for tibial nonunion were observed. Methods Ilizarov external fixation was performed for 16 patients with tibial nonunion. Results All patients had bony union between 3 and 7 months after exernal compression fixation. Conclusion Ilizarov external fixation can provide rigid fixation,promote callus format,so it is a good method for treatment of nonunion. |
