| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察生脉注射液对围生期心肌病患者血液流变学的影响。方法 :应用生脉注射液对 2 0例围生期心肌病患者静脉滴注治疗 10天 ,观察其对患者临床表现、体征、血液流变学影响。结果 :患者临床表现、体征改善明显 ,全血粘度、血浆粘度、聚集指数及红细胞压积等均显著降低 ,而肝肾功能、血电解质及心率血压无变化。结论 :生脉注射液疗效确切 ,应用安全。

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to observe the effects of Shengmai injection on hemorheology for the peripartum cardiomyopathy. Methods: Twenty patients with peripartum cardiomyopathy were given shengmai injection by intravenous drip 30mL qd. for 10 days. Clinical effectiveness and the indexes of hemorheology were observed. Results: After treatment, clinical symptom and sign were improved obviously. The lowering of whole blood specific vicosity, blood plasma vicosity, collecting index and RBC volume showed very significant difference. And yet, function of liver and kidney, the dielectrics in the blood, blood pressure and heart rate showed no significant difference. Conclusion: Shengmai injection is a medicine of safety and effectively. |
