| 摘 要： | 本文分析我院术前CT拟诊肾肿瘤,并有手术、病理或随访结果进行对照的53例CT资料,探讨CT对肾肿瘤的诊断反对肾细胞癌术前分期的价值,53例中CT诊断正确50例(94.3％),肾细胞癌术前分期整体正确率85.3％。对肾肿瘤的诊断,CT优于B超和静脉肾孟造影,平扫时肾癌密度与病理类型有关,透明细胞癌多为低密度或近似等密度,颗粒细胞癌多为高密度。肾肿块内部斑点状钙化是恶性肿瘤的CT特征。

| Abstract: | The preoperative CT data of renal tumors in 53 cases were analysed, and compared with operation and pathologic examination or follow-up survey.An accurate preoperative CT diagnosis was achieved about 94.3%.The overal staging accuracy of renal cell carcinoma was 85.3%.CT is superior to either ultrasound or IVP in the diagnosis of renal tumors.The density of renal cell carcinoma on precontrast CT scans is related to its pathologic type.In clear cell carcinoma the density is usually lower than that of the normal renal parenchyma or approximate to the normal renal parenchyma, and in granular cell type, the density is higher than that of the normal renal parenchyma.Nonperipheral mottled calcification of the renal mass is the character of malignancy in CT. |
