| 摘 要： | 人参皂甙Rg3作为中药抗肿瘤药物具有诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤生长,抗肿瘤细胞黏附、侵袭和转移,抑制肿瘤新生血管形成作用;其抗肿瘤浸润、转移作用与人参皂甙Rg3抑制细胞内Ca2+浓度的升高,降低细胞的侵袭能力有关。Rg3与化疗药物联合应用具有增效减毒作用,可逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性,提高机体免疫力,延长生存期,改善患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Ginsenoside Rg3 is a kind of traditional Chinese herb, which can induce the apoptosis of cancer cells, inhibit the growth, adhesion, invasion, metastasis and formation of new blood vessel. The anti-invasion and anti-metastatic effects of Ginsenoside Rg3 are associated with the inhibition of intracellular Ca^2＋ and cancer cell invasiveness. The combination of Rg3 and chemotherapeutic agents can reduce the toxicity and increase therapeutic effects. Furthermore, it can reverse the multi-drug resistance of cancer cells, improve the human immunity, and prolong the survival duration and improve life quality of cancer patients. |
