复方丹参治疗高血压急性脑出血的临床研究

:目的 :观察复方丹参治疗高血压急性脑出血的疗效。方法 :5 2例高血压急性脑出血患者 (治疗组 )在西医常规治疗基础上 ,在病程第 3～ 5日时加用复方丹参注射液 16～ 2 0 m l(加入液体中静滴 ) ,每日 1次 ,连用2 1日 ,后改为口服复方丹参片 2片 ,每日 3次 ;同期西药常规治疗的 5 1例患者作为对照组 ,并进行临床对比观察。结果 :治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组 ( 94 .2 3 %和 80 .3 9% ,P<0 .0 1) ;并且治疗组在促进颅内血肿吸收、消除脑水肿及促进患者神经功能损伤恢复方面均显著优于对照组 ( P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :在高血压脑出血急性期辅以复方丹参治疗 ,有利于脑出血患者病后早期康复及生活质量的提高

Clinical studies on treatm ent with com posite salvia m iltiorrhiza for acutely cerebral hemorrhage induced by hy-pertension

Objective:To observe the curative effects of com posite salvia miltiorrhiza on acutely cerebral hemorrhage ( ACH ) induced by hypertension.Methods:5 2 patients with ACH induced by hypertension based on conventional therapy of western m edicine were treated with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection162 0 ml normal saline infused intravenously once a day for2 1days,which began to be used at3 5 days of ill course, then changed to using com posite salvia m iltiorrhiza tablet2 tablets three times a day( therapeutic group) meanwhile com pared with 5 1patients ( control group) who were treated with conventional therapy of western medicine.The com parative observations were carried out.Results:The clinically curative effects in therapeutic group( 94 .2 3 % ) were superior to those in control group( 80 .3 9% ) significantly( P<0 .0 1) and the following aspects such as promoting the recovery of nervous functional injury,promoting the absorption of intracranial heamatom a,and eliminating the cerebral edema and so on in therapeutic group were superior to those in control group too ( all P<0 .0 1) .Conclusions:The auxiliary treatm ent with composite salvia miltiorrhiza for ACH in- duced by hypertension during acute phase is benificial to early rehabilitation and improvement of life quality.
