| 摘 要： | 检测３０例癫痫患儿血清免疫球蛋白含量、补体水平，以及外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群。发现ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ和补体Ｃ３含量降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示本组患儿存在体液免疫功能低下。发现ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋４、ＣＤ＋８及ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８均降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明本组患儿存在细胞免疫功能低下。这些检测结果可为探讨癫痫患儿的发病原因提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | The concentration of immunoglobulin, complement and peripheral T lymphocytes were detected in 30 epileptic children. The results showed that IgG, IgA, C 3, CD + 3, CD + 4, CD + 8 and CD + 4/CD + 8 were lower (P<0.01, respectively). It suggested that there were deficiencies of humoral and celluar immunities in these children and it could be refered for analysing etiology. |
