| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药制剂糖脂平颗粒（TZP）对实验性2型糖尿病（T2DM）大鼠血脂的影响。方法：采用高脂饲料加小剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素（STZ）造模,分别给糖脉康颗粒、糖脂平颗粒进行干预,测定干预后空腹血糖（FPG）、胆固醇（TG）、甘油三脂（TC）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、和低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）水平。结果：糖脂平颗粒可降低T2DM大鼠FPG、TG、TC、LDL-C水平,增高HDL-C。结论：TZP可较明显降低血糖、血脂,对2型糖尿病有一定疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Tangzhiping granules on blood lipid of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM ).Methods The model of rats with T2DM were successfully made by high adipose diet and injecting streptozocin(STZ ) in abdominal cavity.Then intervened the rats with Tangmaikang granules and Tangzhiping granules and detected the contents of FPG, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C.Results Tangmaikang granules could decrease FPG, TG, TC and LDL-C, while increase HDL-C in rats with T2DM.Conclusion Tangmaikan... |
