翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的临床疗效

目的探讨翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的临床疗效。方法将160例翼状胬肉患者根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各80例，两组均采用常规翼状胬肉切除术，治疗组在此基础上加用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。结果治疗组的泪液分泌试验值与泪膜破裂时间分别为（9．97±0．34）mm／5min和（9．65±0．26）s，而对照组分别为（10．40±0．16）mm／5min和（10．86±0．83）s，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组的有效率为96.3％,明显高于对照组的85．0％（P〈0．05）。结论翼状胬肉是常见的眼表疾病，采用翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗能取得良好的效果，值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation. Methods 160 cases of patients with pterygium were assigned to the treatment group and con- trol group according to the therapeutic methods,with 80 patients in each group.Routine pterygium excision was applied on both groups,and the treatment group also received autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation. Results The tear secretion test value and tear film break-up time were （9.97±0.34）mm/5 min and （9.65±0.26）s respectively in the treatment group,and the results were （10.40±0.16）mm/5 min and （10.86±0.83）s respectively in the control group,com- pared between the two groups,the differences were all statistically siganificant （P〈0.05）.The effective rate of treatment group was 96.3%,which was apparently higher than that of 85.0%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pterygium is a common disease of the ocular surface.Pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation has good ef- ficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
