莱西市3～6岁儿童单纯性肥胖的流行病学调查

目的探讨莱西市3-6岁儿童单纯性肥胖的流行病学原因。方法采用分层调查法对莱西市6646名3-6岁儿童进行肥胖流行病学调查,并进行对比分析。结果莱西市3-6岁儿童检出单纯性肥胖100例（1．50％）,单纯性肥胖儿童的性别和年龄差异显著,男童单纯性肥胖检出率明显高于女童。流行病学调查显示,儿童食欲、进食速度、儿童父母对子女肥胖的态度以及父母BMI是莱西市3-6岁儿童单纯性肥胖的影响因素。结论食欲强、进食速度快、父母对子女肥胖不关注及父母BMI偏大是影响3-6岁儿童发生单纯性肥胖的危险因素。儿童肥胖的最好防治方法是群体干预联合家庭干预。

Epidemiology investigation of 3-6 years old children with simple obesity in Laixi City

Objective To explore the epidemiology causes of 3-6 years old children with simple obesity in Laixi City. Methods The stratified survey method was used for epidemiology investigation of 6646 children aged 3-6 years old in Laixi City, and the data was analyzed. Results There were 100 cases of children with simple obesity in 3-6 years old children, detection rate was 1.50%, And the children＇s gender and age were significantly different, the boy＇s simple obesity was significantly higher than the girls. Epidemiological analysis shows that the appetite of children, feeding speed, the attitudes of parents on obese children and the BMI of their parents were the influence factors of children simple obesity. Conclusion The strong appetite, fast eating, parents＇ no care about parental obesity and parental large BMI are risk factors of children with simple obesity aged 3-6 years old. The best method for the prevention and treat- ment of childhood obesity is group intervention plus family intervention.
