摘 要: | 目的:探索医学高职高专学生职业素质的具体构成成分。方法:采用Delphi法编制职业素质核查袁,在此基础上对190名专科毕业的在职医务工作者进行问卷调查,同时结合行为事件访谈法对24名专科毕业的医务工作者进行访谈并录音。结果:从资料分析中得出15项核心职业素质,涵盖了知识、能力、品质三个范畴。结论:医学职业教育要注重知识、能力和品质的培养。

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the core vocational qualities of medical students in vocational college and provide theoretical support for vocational quality education in medical vocational college. Methods:Delphi was used for designing checking list on vocational quality and 190 medical workers with junior college education answered the questionnaire based on checking list. Be- havior event interview method was combined to interview 24 medical workers with junior college education. Results:Fifteen core vocational qualities are educed from data. Conclusion:Vocational quality education should focus on Knowledge, ability and quality. |
