医学高职高专学生核心职业素质构成的研究与分析

目的：探索医学高职高专学生职业素质的具体构成成分。方法：采用Delphi法编制职业素质核查袁，在此基础上对190名专科毕业的在职医务工作者进行问卷调查，同时结合行为事件访谈法对24名专科毕业的医务工作者进行访谈并录音。结果：从资料分析中得出15项核心职业素质，涵盖了知识、能力、品质三个范畴。结论：医学职业教育要注重知识、能力和品质的培养。

Study on core vocational qualities of medical students in higher vocational education

Objective：To investigate the core vocational qualities of medical students in vocational college and provide theoretical support for vocational quality education in medical vocational college. Methods：Delphi was used for designing checking list on vocational quality and 190 medical workers with junior college education answered the questionnaire based on checking list. Be- havior event interview method was combined to interview 24 medical workers with junior college education. Results：Fifteen core vocational qualities are educed from data. Conclusion：Vocational quality education should focus on Knowledge, ability and quality.
