寒区集训新兵应对方式与SCL-90测评结果的关系

目的:了解寒区集训新兵应对方式与症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评结果的关系。方法:对1000名参加冬季集训的新兵进行简易应对方式量表和SCL-90测评,分析其特点及关系。结果:寒区集训新兵应对方式类型的分布特点为积极型、两极型、中间型和消极型的比例分别是28.3%、34.0%、28.7%和8.8%,消极应对方式与SCL-90总均分和各因子分间呈正相关,但应对方式中的项目5、6和10分别与SCL-90的部分因子分也呈正相关。结论:本组受试者的应对方式有其特点,应根据每个新兵的应对方式特点进行个体化的心理卫生指导和帮助。

Relation of coping styles and somatic symptoms in Chinese recruits during the basic military training in frigid region

Objective:To investigate the relations between coping styles and somatic symptoms of the recruits during the basic military training in frigid region. Methods: The simple coping style and the symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90) were administrated to 1 000 recruits during the basic military training in frigid region, the relations between them were studied. Results:The rates of active, unstable, middle and inactive types in the coping style of the recruits were 28.3%, 34.0%, 28.7% and 8.8% respectively. There were positive correlations between the inactive-type coping scores and the average and every factor score of the SCL-90 items, but the scores of coping style item 5, 6 and 10 in all recruits were also positively related to the partial-factor scores of SCL-90. Conclusion:There is the particularity in coping styles in our group. The mental health guide must be individuality according to the coping strategies.
