| 摘 要： | 目的：观察冠心病患者颈动脉粥样化情况,方法：用颈动脉超声检测冠心病患者颈动脉结构及血流状态。结果：89．6％冠心病患者合并有颈动脉粥样硬化,结论：超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化可作为监测心脑血管疾病发生及发展的一项有意义的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the occurrence of carotid atherosclerosis in 57 patients who had coronary artery disease. Method: Carotic ultrasound was used examined carotid structure and blood flow in coronary artery disease. Result: 89.6% coronary artery patients had carotid atherosclerosis. Conclusion: Carotid atherosclerosis in carotid artery measured by ultrasound is a significant indicator in the clinical course of cardiovascular disease. |
