| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨COPD呼吸衰竭有创机械通气脱机策略.方法 机械通气治疗COPD呼吸衰竭108例,分析治疗结果.结果 106例患者成功脱机、拔管,抢救成功率达98％.结论 采取恰当有创机械通气脱机策略,有较高抢救成功率. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the methods of weaning from invasive mechanical ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients with repiratory failure.Methods 108 COPD patients with respiratory failure were ventilated by respiratory machine,and the data were collected to analyze.Results 106 cases were weaned off mechanical ventilation and extubated.The success rate was 98%.Conclusions Effective methods of weaning from mechanical ventilation on COPD patients with repiratory failure has a high mechanical ventilation success rate. |
