成人颅骨骨膜窦的诊治分析

目的探讨成人颅骨骨膜窦的诊断、治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院1992年1月至2012年12月收治的10例成人颅骨骨膜窦患者的临床表现、影像学检查、手术方式以及治疗效果等临床资料。结果10例颅骨骨膜窦均表现为头皮柔软肿物,有波动感;术前检查示颅骨骨膜窦不是颅内静脉回流的主要通道。所有患者均一次手术治愈,头皮肿物消失,术后无并发症。所有患者术后随访6月～16年,均无复发。结论成人颅骨骨膜窦很少单独引流颅内静脉,手术治疗安全,疗效满意。

Diagnosis and treatment of sinuses pericranii in adults

Objective To enhance the levels of the diagnosis and treatment of sinuses pericranii in the aduhs. Method The clinical data of 10 adult patients with sinuses pericranii undergoing surgery in Bingjing Hospital from 1992 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively, including clinical manifestations, imaging data, surgical approach, and the outcomes of clinical following up. Results Each of the patients presented with a nonpulsatile and soft tissue mass in their heads. Their ages ranged from 19 to 47 years （mean, 28 years）. The diagnosis of the sinuses pericranii was made by the clinical manifestations combined with CT and/or MRI examinations. The sinus pericranii did not play the main role in the drainage of the cerebral vein blood. All the patients were cured. The following up from 6 months to 16 years showed that no sinuses pericranii recurred in all the patients. Conclusions The analysis of the drainage pattern of sinus pericranii is necessary before surgery in order to the safe surgery. The curative effect of the surgery on the sinus pericranii in the adult is good.
