鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性与抗菌药物使用强度相关性分析

目的对鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性变化与抗菌药物使用强度进行相关性分析，为探讨导致鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率变化的抗菌药物因素提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析解放军251医院2009--2012年含酶抑制剂的β内酰胺类抗菌药物复合制剂及碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用强度和同期鲍曼不动杆菌对其耐药率，用SPSS软件分析两者的相关性。结果4年中鲍曼不动杆菌对哌拉西林钠-他唑巴坦钠、亚胺培南一西司他丁钠、美洛培南耐药率与抗菌药物使用强度呈正相关，头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦．耐药率与抗菌药物使用强度无相关性。结论合理控制哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠、亚胺培南一西司他丁钠、美洛培南的用药强度可使鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率减缓或下降。

Correlation Between Antibiotics Use Density and Drug Resistance Rate of Acinetobacter baumannii

Objective To investigate the correlation between the use density of antibiotics and drug resistance rate of acinetobacter baumannii （Ab） in a hospital between 2009 and 2012 ,so as to shed light on factors that induce drug resistance rate changes in Ab. Methods The use density ofβ -lactam/β -lactamase inhibitor combination and carbapenem in the hospital between 2009 and 2012 and the drug resistance rate of Ab were studied retrospectively,and their correla- tion was analyzed using SPSS software. Results The use density of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium,imipenem and cilastin sodium amd meropenem was related to the resistance rate of Ab（ P 〈 0.05）, except for cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam. Conclusion Rational control over the use density of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium,imipenem and eilastin sodium, and meropenem can reduce the resistance rate of Ah.
