HPLC 法同时测定木香健胃颗粒中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量简

目的建立HPLC法同时测定木香健胃颗粒中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量，为质量控制提供数据支持。方法采用c。。色谱柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈一水体系，流速1．0ml·min-1，柱温30℃，检测波长225nm。结果指标成分木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯进样量分别在0．508-5．588μg、0．336～3．696μg范围内线性关系良好（R2≥0．9996），加样回收率分别为101．26％、101．87％，RSD分别为0．98％、0．54％。结论本方法简便可靠，重复性好，可反映木香健胃颗粒质量情况，适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Simultaneous Determination of Costunolide and Dehydrocostus Lactone in Muxiang Jianwei Granules by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of costunolide and de- hydrocostus lactone in Muxiang Jianwei granules. Methods C ls column（ 150 mm×4.6 ram,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （ A ） and acetonitrile （ B ）. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml .rain-l, the temperature of the column was 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 508 - 5. 588 μg for costunolide and 0. 336 - 3. 696 μg for dehydroeostus lactone （ R2 ≥0. 9996）. The average recovery was 101.26% and 101.87% respectively, with a respective RSD of 0.98% and 0.54%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable, repeatable and can be used to control the quality of Muxiang Jianwei granules.
