摘 要: | 目的建立HPLC法测定甲硝唑药膜中甲硝唑的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为320nm;流速:1.0ml·min-1;柱温:30℃。结果甲硝唑在0.04998—0.59976mg·ml-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.02%,RSD为0.50%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、测定结果准确,可用于甲硝唑药膜中甲硝唑的含量测定。

Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of metronidazole in met- ronidazole pellicles. Methods CAPCELL PAK Cls UG120 (4.6 mm× 250 mm ) was used as the chromatographic column, and the mobile phase was composed of methanol-water (20: 80). The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min-1 at a de- tection wavelength of 320 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curves of metronidazole showed a good linear relationship over the range of 0. 049 98 -0. 599 76 mg ·ml-l( r = 0. 9998). The average re- covery of metronidazole was 100.02% and RSD was 0.50% ( n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple and accu- rate. It can be used for the content determination of metronidazole in metronidazole pellicles. |
