| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺周期疗法对排卵障碍性疾病的促排卵效应。方法：将排卵障碍性疾病患者60例随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例，治疗组采用针刺周期疗法，对照组服用罗氏促排卵汤，比较3个治疗周期后2组患者的总体疗效、排卵率、最大卵泡直径、基础体温（BBT）以及妊娠率情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为86.7%，对照组为60.0%，2组临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），2组第3周期排卵率、卵泡发育、BBT比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），2组妊娠率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：针刺周期疗法具有较好的促排卵效应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe ovulation action of acupuncture cycle therapy on the patients suffering from ovulation dysfunctional disease. Methods： All 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group adopted acupuncture cycle therapy, the control group tookLuo′s ovulation decoction, total effects, ovulation rate, the maximum follicle diameter, BBT and the conditions of pregnancy rate of both groups were compared after treating in three courses of treatment. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, higher than 60.0% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning in curative effects（P＆lt;0.05）, the difference showed statistical meaning in ovulation rate of the third periods, follicle growth and BBT （P＆lt;0.05）, the difference showed no statistical meaning in pregnancy rate （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture cycle therapy presents better ovulation action. |
