阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症效果及不良反应

目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床效果及其不良反应。方法回顾性分析2012年10月－2013年10月收治的513例精神分裂患者临床资料,所有患者采用口服阿立哌唑进行治疗,连续给药6周,每周给药后用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）和不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗6周后,分别对所有患者进行测试,结果表明每次给药后患者的阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）得分较前一次都显著下降,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,少数患者存在不良反应,多以轻度为主。结论阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性高。

Clinical effect and adverse reactions of Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective To explore clinical effect and adverse reactions of Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 513 cases of schizophrenia patients in our hospital were selected from October 2012 to October 2013, and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. all patients were given Aripiprazole treatment for six weeks. Positive and negative symptoms scale（PANSS） and adverse event scale（TESS） were used to evaluate the curative effect and adverse reaction one week after dosing, so as to evaluate the clinical effect and adverse reactions of Aripiprazole treatment.Results Six weeks later,the results showed that it was associated with a significant reduction in the score on the previous times after each week dosing, and it was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）Adverse reactions happened to a few patients, and most of them were light. Conclusion Aripiprazole treatment is good for schizophrenia with better curative effect, less adverse reaction.
