| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨2型糖尿病合并肺结核的诊断与治疗.方法 2005-2011年我院收治的120例2型糖尿病合并肺结核的诊断与治疗进行临床分析.结果 早期诊断,尽量应用胰岛素使血糖控制在8.35 mmol/L以下,肺结核预后良好.结论 口服降糖药肺结核患者预后差,死亡率高.

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the diagnosis and cure for diabetes2 combined with Pu1 monary tuberculosis,Methods Clinically analyze the diagnosis and cure of the 120 patients with diagnosis 2 combined with pulmonary tuberculosis,who were received by our hospital between 2005 and 2011.Results For early diagnosis,insulin should be used control blood the sugar below 8.35 mmol/L and after they are cured patients well be in good health.Conclusion of the patients take medicine orally to reduce their blood sugar,they are often not so well after cured.And the death rate is high. |
